  • Delivery Days: We do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays.
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Orders under $100.00 will incur a $6.50 shipping fee.
    • Orders totaling $100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Continental United States: We deliver to all states in the continental U.S.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii; however, additional charges may apply. Please check shipping costs at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Address Updates

Damaged Orders
If your parcel is damaged during transit, please decline acceptance from the courier and contact our customer service team. If you are not present when the delivery is made, please reach out to us with the details, and we will assist you and issue a refund if necessary.

Lost Orders
If your order is not received within 3-6 days after shipping, please contact us. We will work with the courier to trace your parcel. If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend a new package to your address at no additional cost.
