Return:

We uphold a 30-day return policy, affording you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof.

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Wrong Product:

Exchange:

Exchanges are only facilitated for defective or damaged products. Should you require an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@transferfactorworld.com, and we will process the exchange free of charge.

Change Of Mind:

Regrettably, change of mind returns are not entertained. No refunds or returns will be processed in such instances. Please Note: Pertains to color, size, and texture.

Order Cancellation:

As we typically expedite order processing, if you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. While we will make concerted efforts to intervene with our processing department, we cannot guarantee order cancellation once the product is dispatched.
